  4. Final Invoice
    After our call, I send the invoice for the remaining per guest fees. If any guests cancel before the welcome gifts are sent, their fees will be refunded.

  5. Group Intake Form Distribution
    I send your group a form to collect preferences, availability, and special requests.

  6. Planning and Booking
    I create your detailed itinerary, handle all bookings, and coordinate logistics.

  7. Custom Travel Webpage Delivery
    Your group receives easy access to trip info, schedules, and resources in one place.

  8. Final Touches
    Welcome gifts are prepared and shipped, along with any optional extras you selected.

What Happens Next

After booking, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your planning call and complete the Dream Trip Form. From there, I will handle all the steps to bring your group trip vision to life with ease and style.

Refund Policy

You can receive a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled planning call. For First Class packages, per-guest fees will be refunded if a guest cancels before gift packages are sent.
