Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Thank you for choosing Lagniappe Travels! We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

DIY Kits (Digital Products)

All DIY Kits, including destination-specific options, are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Checked Bag Package

If you purchase the Checked Bag Package, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

  • No planning call has been completed

After 7 days or after your planning call has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

First Class Package

The First Class Package requires a base package fee plus per-guest fees billed separately.

  • You may request a full refund of the base package fee within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no planning call has occurred.

  • After the initial planning call, the base package fee becomes non-refundable.

  • Per-guest fees will be invoiced after the planning call. If any guest cancels before gift packages are purchased and shipped, their per-guest fee will be refunded.

  • Once gifts have been ordered or shipped, per-guest fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

To request a refund or cancel your service, email hello@lagniappetravels.com with your order details. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

Additional Notes

  • Travel bookings (flights, hotels, activities) are subject to the individual provider’s cancellation and refund policies.

  • Lagniappe Travels is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party providers.
